I hired the people from Bears Home Solutions & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Fargo to clean my furnace and air conditioner and was very satisfied with their work. I would use them again for that purpose. But I'm not very satisfied with the plumbing side of the company. I hired them to install a new kitchen faucet for me. I'm a new homeowner and had no idea how much new faucets costs. But I felt like I might have been overcharged. The installation itself was fine but I wouldn't call them back for more plumbing work. So, I recommend Bears Home Solutions for furnace and air conditioning maintenance but I hesitate to recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for plumbing. Four stars overall.
