I called because we lost our hot water on the day before Thanksgiving. Within one hour, Mike was at the house assessing the situation.

Turned out we needed a new water heater, which wasn't at all unexpected. But the new water heater we were interested in wouldn't be available until the following Monday -- and we were about to have Thanksgiving guests over, with little to no hot water.

Mike stuck around for several hours, replacing a part in our current water heater and consulting with an electrician colleague to boot when he ran into some problems -- all so that we could be tided over with the current water heater until Monday.

Then, on Monday, Mike showed up ahead of schedule and installed our new water heater.

We appreciated Mike's commitment to helping us have a good Thanksgiving long weekend WITH hot water -- and to then getting ourselves a new water heater that would be reliable for years to come.
