Craig is always thorough and polite. Issue with our AC not work correctly. They were at our house not more than an hour after I called on a Friday morning. He checked everything over and determined that it was a bad thermostat so he replaced that. Very satisfied with this company and technician and will not hesitate to call on them again when/if the need arises.
