Craig from bears home solutions was the 3rd hvac tech we had look at our ac! 1st 2 company's couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. Even installed a filter in the wrong direction!! Craig was so patient with me. Great at explaining everything he was doing and didnt mind if I followed him around.
