It was 93 degrees and humid last week. Not a good time for your home cooking unit to take a $@!#%. After calling around, Bears got back to me right away. They sent me a gentlemen named Craig. He was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. His customer service skills go beyond fixing my AC, which he did, and taught me some things along the way. If I could give Craig more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended by me.
