Bears Home Solutions & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Fargo had been bought out by a previous owner who I had used for many years. I figured for that reason I would just continue using them. I am on their annual maintenance plan. They recently sent out a reminder in the mail and then they follow up with you to set an appointment. The technician always shows up on time as scheduled and takes care of whatever needs tending to. This visit everything was fine as usual. As long as they continue servicing our system the right way and I have heat and air conditioning when I am supposed to then I am happy with them. The original owner of the company had installed our furnace and when Bears Home Solutions & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Fargo took them over everything has been good so far!
