Friendly and professional!!
We were very pleased that the technician was at our home the morning of our call with a leaking pipe. He was professional. He explained everything in detail. He was polite. He was very detail orientated and cleaned up during and after his repairs.
When he was asked if he was related to the owner (same last name) he smiled and said " yes ". The reason I asked was because he clearly showed he had a vested interest in his work.
We highly recommend this company!!
