I'm sorry I can't remember the tech's name, but he was great! Very thorough, and even inspected the outside exhaust pipe, checked for carbon monoxide detectors, and found a problem with one of the furnace's exhaust pipes (which no one had found before, even though it had been there a couple of years). Very polite, explained everything he had to do. Very happy with service.
