Needed a whole new toilet put in.
There was a leak seen at the bottom of the toilet. Thought maybe it was the seal, under the toilet. Andy, the plumber took a good look at it, and showed me the crack inside of the tank, then showed that same crack on outside of the tank. Andy said it isn't a simple fix, and that I needed a new toilet. Andy was able to install a new toilet within a few hours. Andy did an outstanding job.
