I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chuck and his team at Kreative Webworks on two separate projects, both related to the ecommerce site for my small business. On both occasions I found nothing but true professionals.
The first occasion was during the design of my site. Chuck took the time to understand my crunch points and vision for the site. His recommendations were spot on, and I incorporated most of them into the site. The result—feedback on the site’s design and user-friendliness became much more positive.
The second occasion was asking the Kreative Webworks team to give some recommendations for search engine optimization, and maximizing the value from my Google AdWords dollars. Once again, after listening to our challenges, Chuck and the crew gave me some great insight on how to interpret Google’s reports, recommended changes to my ad campaign, and even took the time to explain metadata to me. I appreciated the extra miles they went to help me understand the ‘why’ of things, and not just the ‘how’. We have since modified one campaign to focus on a key demographic, while putting another on hold because it wasn’t providing any value.
I would recommend this company to anyone responsible for a company’s web and social presence. I felt more a partner than a client.
