The customer service was friendly and very knowledgeable and very fast, and helped me decide on what I needed. As far as pricing, it was better than anyone else in the area. When it came to installation, the installers came on time and they handled the job correctly, asking the right questions and moving the furniture. It was very professional and didn't take up a lot of my time, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have the floors updated, as these guys know what they are doing.
