I went in to the store knowing what I was looking for, in terms of the flooring being water-resistant, but not anything else in particular. They did help me in picking out the flooring. They have good installers, who showed up on time, and did a nice job. This was not my first time using them, as I've known them for a few years, but I would use them again, in the future.
