My experience with Discount Quality Flooring was fine. I had them put in an earthworks vinyl that looks like ceramic tile. It turned out okay, but they left a lot of glue all over. They probably did that because they were pouring mineral spirits to get it off, and I didn't want them to do it, so they left it.

Also, one tile is scraped, and the finish is worn on the top. I haven't had a chance to call them yet, but I need to. They were responsive to my needs by getting in the samples that I wanted. It took a while, but they did do that. Also, Derek was very nice to work with.

There were a couple things with the installer. He did the final product, and it looks good, but there were just some things, like the transitions, that I wasn't real happy with. I had them get different transitions, so all in all it's fine.
