Steve was at the house and completed an estimate by Saturday 1100 am. We contacted him later that afternoon regarding another issue. Steve returned and rewrote the estimate that afternoon. After approvals and signatures, Roofer 911 folks were on site by 830 am on Sunday and completed work efforts by 330 pm. The employees explained the steps to complete the work. They cleaned up and stopped by to state they were complete. All in all this was a very good experience. By the way, this was the second time we used Roofer 911 and can guarantee Roofer 911 is the only company we will call with roof issues. My wife and I are very pleased.
