During my most recent interaction with Cal Air Cooling and Heating, I renewed my annual maintenance contract with them. In terms of work provided, they came out a few months ago and did a fine job. We had bought a new system from Cal Air, and they had come out as part of our service contract, where they check our system twice a year. It has been at least five years now since we started using them, and they've been excellent. Their technicians are fine, reliable, always show up on time, and do a good job.
