your customer service people were great, But I didnt care for the attitude of the tech. He didnt seem concerned about my needs. But wanting to sell me another unit. Which I couldnt afford. He also didnot diagnose the problem. I had to call my electrician to find out what the problem was. My air is now up and running at this time. But thank you for being available on the weekend.
