The technician arrived at the appointed time and was respectful of my property voluntarily putting on booties over his shoes before entering the home. He completed assigned inspections and maintenance in a timely manner and provided useful feedback to me. He swept area where insulation had fallen from ceiling where he entered attic. Lastly, he provided for service charges in agreed upon amounts without any add ons or additional charges. An overall good experience.
