Had a Bradford white hot water heater that was only three years old replaced by Greg turner and Phil Service mechanic specialists .
Greg without question with some photos that I sent replace this hot water heater . They were both fast and efficient even though the hot water heater let them DOWN they were still UP for the job . Greg will do whatever is right for the customer and I can't thank them enough for helping with this problem . Phil initially came over to review the problem and he was correct on this assessment that the tank was leaking through a seam in excess condensation is what was filling the pan the tank just needed to be replaced .
Well after 34 years of owning homes this is my first tank that I ever had to replace under warranty must be lucky .
Phil also gave me an assessment of what a tankless hot water heater could do for the home and it still on the table for consideration .
