Phil apologized for not getting back to us on Wed night. Said he should have gotten our call. But we did not expect it. Was glad when we were called on Thur morning early. Got an apt for late afternoon, but then got a call that Phil had an opening and was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, gave us 3 choices, and we chose a repair that required a new part. We got a call on Friday afternoon that the part came in and Phil would be here Monday afternoon. Again he had an opening and we got a call that he would be here in 20 minutes.
