I recently needed a service call and contacted Advanced Homes. I knew in advance what the cost would be and they gave me a quote which I agreed to. So no surprises. The technician was very good. He showed up on time and did what he needed to do. Fortunately, nothing was wrong with the unit and no extra work needed to be done. It is a good company and I definitely would call them again. I would recommend them to other customers.
