I've only used Advanced Homes for repairs twice since we bought this house ten years ago. Advanced Homes installed the central vacuum system for the previous owners who gave us the company's contact information. When I needed service, Advanced Homes was easy to reach and the service person arrived promptly. He took a look and explained everything very thoroughly to me. The problem was under the house and he took a picture to show me what had happened. It turns out that when we had our new air conditioner installed, the air conditioning guys knocked the vacuum connection apart and left it unattached. That's why we weren't getting any suction from the central vacuum. The tech from Advanced Homes didn't fix it right away because the air conditioner had to be moved first. What he did was leave me a piece of pipe and a connection piece so when I called the air conditioning company back in, they could move the air conditioning unit and reattach the vacuum pipe at the same time. I thought that was very efficient and thoughtful of the Advanced Homes service person to do. It also saved me money since he didn't have to return to re-install the vacuum connection. I was very pleased with the service provided by Advanced Homes!
