I found they guy from Advanced Homes to be very helpful as well as informative. However, I was a little disappointed when I learned that he didn't have all the parts on his truck that he would have needed to complete the project on the same day. It ended up taking a couple more visits. This was my third time using them, and other than not having all the parts on hand I haven't had any complaints about the work that they do.
