I had an okay experience with Advanced Homes - Central Vacuum Services. We were extending an outlet. The technician who came out originally didn't do a great job. He didn't do what I asked him to do. So I had to call them back because it wasn't done. The second guy was great and he took care of the job. The owner already said they were not going to charge me for the second visit. The second technician was really good. So I would say I am satisfied with the outcome. It wasn't a bad experience. It's just that I had to call them back and it took longer than I expected.
