I called Security Plumbing because my kitchen sink wasn't draining. I explained to them that it was not a clogged pipe issue, but it was a venting issue. When the plumber arrived, he did indeed confirm that it was a venting issue. He did not take out one tool in his 20 minute visit, but simply told us what we already knew. I was surprised that he still charged us a $98 "service call" yet no service was performed. He was in and out in 20 minutes and did not solve the issue of my kitchen sink which is still not working. A giant waste of $98. I should have listened to my husband.
