Overall my experience was excellent. The technician, Andrew, was very competent and friendly. My only suggestion for Advantage Plumbing would be to add an emergency crew that could repair or replace anything immediately when they receive an emergency call. I waited three days with a leaking water heater tank before someone could replace it which cause extra damage to my computer room.
