Had a clogged drain, called them up, they came out, quoted us a price we agreed with, they failed to unclog drain with equipment on hand, told us they'd have to charge us more $$ to unclog drain using different equipment, we refused to pay higher price, but still had to pay original quote for an unfixed drain because they came out and tried, but failed. At the end of the day, we are out$300 and the problem is still not fixed.
