Communication issues/setting customer expectations
Really like Kevin had him before truly great at his job. My issue.... had an potential need for night service and nothing on your VM suggested you were closed, did not have night service, etc...just said we are on the phone...leave a message. Second....was told part needed to be ordered, will call you tmrw to schedule a time for us to return. Not true was told today parts need to be ordered, not sure when they will come in, can't schedule an appt until part is here. I have to ask for time off and it can't be spontaneous so I may be without this appliance until this sorts out, wow. Finally I was charged $172 for this service, part was told is $41 and that it would take "about 45 minutes to repair". You guys get $131 for labor? for less than an hours work, sorry this seems really exorbitant. I actually have been a Kostreba customer 15 years but this is potentially the last time.
