I called to arrange for Opie's One Hour Heating and Air to come out for a tuneup on the furnace simply because we had just returned from Arizona and I wanted the furnace checked. They did everything that I expected them to do. The technician arrived on time, and he was very courteous. He used shoe covers to protect my home. He did everything that I expected him to do. He was very professional. We've been using Opie's One Hour Heating and Air since November 2018. Their service was excellent. The only reason they got less than five stars on the "Will Recommend" is that they are so very far away from the town I live in. They are about 80 miles away. However, I was very happy with their service and I plan to continue to use them in the future.
