First Service call / new customer
I was told that the service tech would be out to look at the heat ( reason for my call ) I was told that he would not complete any work until speaking to me to get an OK. I was aware of the service call fee and had no problem with this. I followed up to see how things were going and was told the bill was going to be $200 plus?
I had to info as to why he didn't call and he said he thought he was supposed to give the system a once over? Again, he was really nice but I was a bit frustrated to not be informed.
