Service on Air Conditioner
We were disappointed in the fact that we had to pay for the service call. We realize that we had a very short Spring, and because of that our preventative maintenance hadn't been conducted on the air conditioner yet. But if someone had come out and taken care of the preventative maintenance check they would have noticed that there were some minor issues and they would have been fixed at that time for free since we have a maintenance agreement. We wouldn't have needed the service call last week and would never have been charged for the service call. Is it possible to get a refund?
