Clockwork
The service was fine but the communication wasn't.
We had our appointment set up for 10:00 to 2:00. At 9:00 a.m. we received a text message that the serviceman was on his way. We thought he would be coming soon. At 12:15 we got a phone call from the serviceman that he would be at our house in 10 minutes and then we got another text message at 12:30 that the serviceman was on his way. I don't know why we got the first text message an hour before our scheduled time. We thought he was coming early so we were waiting and nobody came. We shouldn't haven't received the first text message.
