I recently moved in to a new home and called Air Authority to service the furnace. The technician was promptly on time and professional. He replaced a drain pipe that was cracked and leaking on the floor. When servicing the furnace he found a crack in the heat exchanger. He suggested contacting the home warranty company about replacement. I am so glad I had the service done and found out the problem before I tried using the furnace.
