Specific service visit was excellent. Some qualms about the equipment.
The service representative was Frank (Truck 18). He was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. The annual pre-summer check-up was carried out as per our service plan, and some problems with our Mitsubishi units were addressed, and our system is working fine as of this writing. As far as the particular service rep is concerned, and the repair of these problems, the service was excellent.
Our concerns are about the Mitsubishi equipment itself, and the unexpected need for rather costly repairs to the system.
