My experience with Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning was mixed, honestly. They did fix the problem, ultimately, but they had to come out twice, to do it, and -even though they were polite, and as accommodating as possible, about this,- it was definitely a bit inconvenient for me, having to miss work to wait for them to arrive, again. Despite the less-than-perfect aspects of the experience, I'd definitely recommend them, because I did appreciate the friendliness of their service, overall.
