I have worked with Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for 20 years. They have maintained and managed many of the properties I rent out. They have replaced furnaces, water tanks, thermostats, and checked for gas leaks. I think even though their pricing is a little high, the quality of their work is good. If they fix something, it doesn't usually break again and their men are knowledgeable and polite. The only complication that came up was when they were cleaning pipes in an old building. After the cleaning, a hole appeared in one of the pipes, and because it was an old building they were not responsible for it. Other than that, they have been great and are easy to get in touch with.
