My husband and I have our annual maintenance done on our boiler every October. We have been a customer with a plumbing & heating company since 2004. Without getting into great detail, long story short, the tech tells us we need a new boiler for the set price of $9600.00. I wanted a second opinion. I happen to pass a Vigilante Co. van in my neighborhood and took a picture of it. I checked their reviews and decided to call them. Their tech, Obed, was friendly, professional and informative. The price was reasonable. To our delight, he fixed our boiler. Needless to say we will not be renewing our contract with the other vendor. Husband and I have recently signed a service contract with our new vendor Vigilante.
