I woke up to a cold house, I called Cool Temp and spoke with Charles. This was around 8:15 in the morning and Charles told me someone would be here between 10:00 and 12:00. Ron Dollar and Jed Green arrived around 10:40 and got to work. It didn't take long for them to find the trouble and fix it. It's great to have a company that thinks of it's customers enough to be available at anytime of the day, anytime of the week. Thanks for the help, Rod & Jed
