I called at 4:00 on a Monday after expecting to see someone the next day, but Gene was at our house by 5:00. He wasn't able to fix us that evening, but had us running by Tuesday afternoon. Gene went above and beyond to continue to follow up with me to make sure we were still okay. I was super impressed with this follow through. Calling the office is a pleasant experience as well. Everyone is just so happy and joyful. We will be calling Lartz for all our HVAC needs.
