Today was a maintenance check on my hot water heater and London Fritts was my technician. He evaluated the hot water heater it was 10 years old and had been working fine but certain things were not right and he showed me first hand what was wrong. And rather wait till something gushed out I figured it was time to just go ahead and put a new one in. London was so courteous and friendly felt like I knew him for years. It was very professional and was concerned that not only did I need a new hot water heater but a lot of the connections weren't up to code so he was correcting all that as well. I have to say he spent the whole day here and finally left at 7:00 in the evening he had cleaned up he was very courteous with covering his shoes every time he came in and he put plastic down he just was just so conscientious to do the best job for me. So I want to give him five stars for his service and another five stars for his friendly personality. Thank You London for spending the day with me and giving me my hot water hahaha!
