Chris, my technician, explained everything upfront. He actually went up on the roof and cleaned the drain. He was very nice and personable. My family joined the Metro maintenance program which resulted in savings on our initial visit and I know it will come in handy. Chris was very professional and I hope he will handle any service call I may have in the future.
