I have sent my complaint twice, this company gave me one price for an estimate and charged a much higher price after performing a 35 minute check of my property, this is false advertising and should be criminal taking advantage of retired customers who would never pay $185 for an estimate.

See complaint above, I also sent my review to Angies List and will consider sending this complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

We apologize for not making it completely clear to you that the $59 charge was the price for the service fee only and not a quote for the services that needed to be performed. We failed to communicate properly with you and for that we are sorry. We use a straightforward pricing guide for the services that we perform. Let me explain what this means. Say we have two different customers that have a stopped up toilet. A 73 year old gentlemen that lives in a mansion is going to pay the exact same price as 20 year old man that lives in a mobile home for us to auger out the toilet. We use this pricing guide to keep our pricing honest, transparent and upfront for our clients. It is unfortunate that you had such a bad experience with us and we appreciate your comments. We can now make every effort to better our communication skills!
