I want to commend you on your choices of technicians. Doug and Tyler were the most pleasant, truthful technicians that I have ever dealt with. Doug explained the entire process in layman's terms that I could understand. He went beyond just pumping the tank out and explained what issues I still had after the pump-out. He gave me options and we tried to get into the first part of the field lines to no avail (without pulling a permit). When it was decided that I probably had field lines that were totally clogged with sludge from the overflowing septic tank he gave me options for what to do next. I truly believe in truthful technicians and you definitely have one in Doug.

I also want to commend you on Tommy. He arrived within an hour after my phone call to your company to diagnose the problem. He spent time searching for the septic tank that I believed was partially under the deck. He also explained what my next process would be and sent the Excavation Agreement and the Invoice quickly.

After being without septic service for 6 days, I am very thankful for your company and your employees.

I have asked that Doug and Tyler return to finish the job by putting in a baffle and 200' of field lines. I enjoyed working with them both. You have very personable employees with your company which made this expensive process much more bearable.
