When my call was answered I was greeted by a friendly, helpful, voice. She arranged with a tech to come to my home is less than 2 hours. Jeremy, the tech, was, also, very friendly and asked many questions concerning the job. When I didn't have all the answers, he contacted AFS to be find out exactly what was needed. When he and Mike arrived, I was quickly informed as to what was going to be done. They went right to work, even though it was a tad crowded under the house - 2 Metro guys and 3 AFS guys. Between them, they worked out a plan whereby they (Metro and AFS) did not get in each other's way. The job went smoothly and they finished well before I expected. While I did not go under the house to 'inspect', I have every confidence the work expected was properly completed. More work was identified by Jeremy and I will be calling in the next few weeks to have the supply lines from the trunk line to the floor vents to be re-connected. At that time, I will be requesting Jeremy (and Mike, if possible) to do the work. I am very satisfied with the work provided by Metro,.
