I had been having a clean out drain blockage issue, for which I had another Company to try and help me with. It was suggested I would need to "her" the lines, so Metro was recommended for the job.
The plumber (Jordan) that came out to work with my issue was very helpful and willing to make sure his job was done to the best of his ability before leaving... for which his persistence paid off and I'd say we had a win for the afternoon! I was impressed with how he represented his company as well as himself. Even others reached out to help if needed.
I will actually be looking into utilizing Metro for prevention maintenance as well as any future issues I should encounter. Thanks for everything!
