Metro saved the day after another company came out to my house, and made an absolute mess out of everything. I found them through the NextDoor app. I asked neighbors online who they could reccommend for septic service, and Metro came up almost every time! I called Metro, and Tommy came to my home, with booties over his shoes, and explained multiple options to me. We knew we were possibly looking at an expensive fix, and he prepared us for multiple scenarios. Ultimately the repair came to the worst case scenario, and while it was still a tough pill to swallow, being told what the potential cost could be up front definitely helped with the shock. We had to replace the baffles in the tank, add some risers to the lid to make it more accessible, and replace the drain field. The team came out, and over a matter of a couple of days the project was completed. They even came back after a few days to help us solve another problem related to the original plumbing issue. The team was professional, extremely friendly, and clean. They even went as far as to clean up the mess the first company left when they came out here. They may be on the higher end of the price spectrum, but trust me, you get what you pay for. I have recommended them to anyone I have come across who has had a need for plumbing, or HVAC service, and will continue to do so.
