From start to finish, hands down the best HVAC people you can trust! When I first called needing someone to inspect my furnace Pat answered with the best greeting ever! Yes she did make me smile. I was comparing prices and Pat made sure they beat what others quoted. Now, I must admit. I'm like anyone else who definitely does not want to get ripped off or spend any more money than necessary on things like this. So normally I'm very leery of things like this. However Cogburns was awesome and especially the technician Victor who came out to us. We didnt need anything fixed after all, other than just to change our filters. Seldom do you find exceptional customer service and honest companies; But Cogburns is absolutely both !! Thank you very much for helping us Cogburns!!
