Today Enrique W. from Spartan quickly and efficiently fixed a burst pipe on our second floor. He explained every step of the process as he eliminated potential causes until he determined exactly where the water was coming from. He then told us exactly how he would repair the pipe and discussed how we might pursue restoration of the plasterboard and flooring in conjunction with our home insurance. What a pleasure to deal with a polite, respectful and very knowledgeable professional. We'll definitely call Spartan if we have future plumbing problems!
