Spartan Services, Inc. came out to remove a blockage, "root" from my sewer line. They showed up on time and were professional. They talked with me about what they had to do and why. They gave great advice on the care of the line itself. They attached a camera to a wire and put it down the drain but were unable to get a video of it which I really needed for insurance purposes. I did get a picture of it with my cell phone and am hoping that is sufficient for the insurance company. They removed the root by using hydro jetting, which they just hook up to your water and use their equipment to go in and eliminate the blockage. It was really interesting the way that they did it.

I think their customer service was good and their timeliness was good but I do want to tell you that this procedure is not cheap! I am very happy that everything is working smoothly now and I appreciate that they were able to get the entire job done in two hours!
