I had a big job, getting a new hot water heater and moving it to a new location, plus rerouting pipes and replacing galvanized with copper. I also had the water main replaced. This required them to come for a few days. The technical, Ryan, was friendly and explained the process well leaving me confident. He also told me that a tankless hot water heater would probably not be the best option for me. I will definitely be calling on them again when we remodel our kitchen and bathrooms.
