I have called the people at Jim Dandy Sewer numerous times to come and get the stuff they left behind when they did some work for me. They really need to pick these things up. There was one guy, Wyatt, who, by far, was the best person I came into contact with from this company. He was wonderful, really great. He had good communication skills and was very thorough. He was nice, kind, and explained what was going on as it happened. My sewer was backing up and they came out and figured out why. They clean it out, but, I ended up hiring a different company to do the repair because the cost was 1/4 what Jim Dandy was going to charge me to fix it. They are very expensive. If I were to call them again to do some work for me, it would have to be Wyatt that came and did the job.
